Lusha Engage  Email Marketing Tool - New product design (UX,UI)

Engage is a new product that acts as an email marketing tool.. Basically it's another step in the users' journey that is meant to help our users use the same tool for all of their needs.

First, our users start by prospecting their contact and create future leads, then they create their lists by subjects so they can fit a special offer for their relevant contacts. Then, they start with 'hot leads' which means they will reach their target audience. Their first step will usually be an email for scheduling a conversation and that's why they need the new Engage tool.

The Need

During our users 'day to day' work, they search for relevant leads and potential costumers. They prospect in our prospecting tool,

find their relevant contact, get the information and create a list of contacts for each campaign they are working on. But then, they will leave Lusha's product and use other tools for actually contacting their future leads. By creating the 'Engage' product we can assure that users won't have

to switch to a different product, and making their experience easier.

The Challenges

1. Build trust with our users, so they don't need other tools and they can count on Lusha to provide all of their needs.

2. Create a new product with a different approach, from searching for data to actively contact new leads.

3. Create a new product that will communicate with the other Lusha's products

4. Time limits - We had 3 months from the ideation stage to develop a Beta version (including QA and solving technical issues)

5. Manage and prioritise the 'Gant' while deciding which feature is more important than others.

The 'Create New Sequence' Flow V1
MVP Analytics & Insight

As the MVP was being released, we tracked the users' flow, we wanted to understand the users' need once we added this important step in their journey. We worked hard on building trust with our users to use this tool and together with user interviews and screen monitoring we continued

to improve the flow and release a new version with improved UX and new features.

The 'Create New Sequence' Flow V2

With new abilities that we had been able to add to the new product and with the data we had gotten from using different monitoring and tracking tools, we had a lot of insights and conclusion to work with, so we could understand better how to improve our product.

I went back to sketching and testing and created an improved flow with new features. We kept the 4 stages process but made it simpler and more intuitive by leading the users to the next step of building the sequence and at the same time exposing him to the general sequence manage platform.
